Hi,

Sorry to be a pain, but does anyone know if I will be able to put accommodation into place if I selected QMUL as an insurance?
Anyone here applying for Mathematics or going to the offer holder event on 11th February??

I received the same offer for Law and I'm definitely going to firm it.

That's cool, where are you from? Have you been to an applicant day or anything yet?

Does anyone know if I'm likely to be accepted for halls if I live in Shepherds Bush (LDN)? IK it's in zone 2 and all, so relatively close when compared to people from like Birmingham, but it would take 40-50mins each day by train and that's a pain :/

Hey, I asked the same question when I went to the offer holders day (I live in North West London). They said that priority, in terms of accommodation, is given to applicants who live outside the M25 and that any accommodation left would be provided to the Londoners on a distance from campus basis. I was told that some people who lived in London were getting accommodation from QMUL around Nov/Dec last year so I guess if you want to get a place to stay private halls may come in handy.

Hey! Currently I live in North west London too (South Harrow) but I'm moving to Shepherds Bush next month and that's even closer to QMUL, I really hope they let me in! Thanks!!
