Ok so I have a boyfriend. I am a virgin. I am on the pill. And I'm afraid I'm pregnant. I'm aware this is completely irrational but earlier today we were messing around, I was wearing slightly thin underwear(he was wearing nothing) and I took the pill 8 hours late (I usually take it at 11 pm and I took it at 7 am that morning before this all happened). Later in the day I felt insanely nauseous and I thought it was morning sickness and my breasts hurt, which is also irrational because I KNOW it does not happen that fast. I know the odds are against me so basically I am just looking for someone to confirm my insanity because this happens to me every time we mess around. The "special juice" did get close to the area that could make this happen so ig that's why I'm paranoid. Someone please tell me what to do.

I can confirm your insanity. You can just get an appointment with your GP?

Yep, it's way, way, way too early for morning sickness and too early for breast symptoms.

What sort of pill do you use: a combination (take for three weeks, have one week off) or a 'mini-pill' (take every day)? If it's the former, you're still definitely protected - take this evening's as usual. If it's the latter, then it depends: Cerazette will also be fine (take this evening's as usual) but it's possible there's a tiny risk with other brands.

It is a tiny risk - it's very likely that no semen went inside you - but if that's too much, then you can look up where you can get emergency contraception.

If this happens every time you mess around, consider changing to something like the implant. It's more reliable than having a sterilisation op.

I am taking lomedia 24 Fe, it is on for 3 weeks and 3 days, off for 4 days. The pill I took late was on my 4th pack, 1 week and 1 day in. I am still freaking out and I do have a appointment with my Gynocologist on friday. Confused because every pill is different so I have no idea what's possible, what's not, and if I should feel bloated or not. If anyone else wants to call me crazy please do it, it calms me down lol.

That's a new one to me - are you in the USA? But, yep, it's a combined pill so you're covered. (Again, take today's as usual.)

I'm not going to call you crazy, but if the pill is reliable enough for you, you don't have anything to worry about.

Yes I am in the USA. And I had to do some digging but the website says if I miss one and take it as soon as possible than I don't need any other protection. Thank you for responding so quickly, it helped a lot. You're the bomb.
