Do i need to take maths for medicine or is chem bio and english a good application?

Is this your question? Well as long as you got the grades and the required subjects (chem+bio) then it's fine.
BUT Imperial also looks at your BMAT results and there are physics and maths questions included in the BMAT.
Not doing maths and physics may seriously affect your BMAT results and hinder the strength of your application.

I would say the final answer is
Yes if you can't answer the physics and maths questions in BMAT well.
No if you can ace the BMAT even without taking maths and physics.
