Hey, I'm a 16yo girl (just started sixth form) and I want to do Gold DofE (I've completed bronze and silver) but I'm worried whether or not I'm fit enough to do it? I'm not that sporty, although I do like running swimming and cycling (I did a triathlon in the summer) but I've lost most of the fitness I gained during the summer and running in the winter is so miserable cold wet and dark I've stopped. The practise expedition is in the Easter holidays and so I need to get fit for it. What's the best way to train for it? (I'm 5"4 and about 50kg)
