    Hello,

I'm in need of some advice. I have been on my first PGCE placement for a couple of weeks now (with a months training before hand) and I'm at the point now where I am starting to realise teaching isn't for me. I dread going into school each day- the school, kids and teachers are all lovely and certainly aren't the problem.
I just don't know what to do and have had many sleepness nights thinking about what to do. Half of me wants to stick it out to be sure but then the other half is screaming for me to get out while I can.

    Hope you can help!

What does make you think that teaching isn't for you?

What does make you think that teaching isn't for you?
The pressure and responsibility upon teaching. Making sure everything is accessible, the delivery of the lessons, the workload it presents. The pressure on making sure that you're getting right.
    All that and more really

I quit my pgce within the first month. I knew teaching wasn't really for me and part of the reason i signed up wasn't I was unemployed and needed something to do
