New work out plan - how will the personal trainer help? watch

    • Thread Starter

I've got a new work out plan - 5 days a week each day focusing on different parts of body.

It comes with a complimentary personal trainer session tomorrow. Will he just show me Monday's exercises or all of them? Overall I don't know how to do 25/30 of them so will I need to get a personal trainer for 5 days this week? (i probably wouldn't need any help after this week as the plan from then on is basically identical.)

Hi I'm a pt I would say if your new it is worth getting him to show you. Or you could get him to show you the most complex ones such as the compound(multijoint exercises) your nutrition is the biggest factor. Hitting each part once a week is ok to begin with but I would go with a higher frequency after 3-6 months. Your nutrition is the biggest part. Focus on good nutrition, track your macros and intake and log your workouts and push progressive overload. My website may help www.modelbodynow.com
