    Hi, I am studying a BTEC level 3 Applied science 90 credit diploma. I want to do optometry at uni. I would have done A levels but because i got a C in my English GCSE i had to do BTEC'S. I plan to do my course for a year and get a DD, and resit my English and push it to a grade B. what A levels and at what grade would be best for me if i got to do A levels next year to get into optom???

    Different unis will have different requirements, so you need to answer this questions yourself by looking at uni websites. There are hundreds of unis in the UK, so nobody here is going to sift through all that information for you.

    Pick a few unis that you're interested in. If you have no idea then look at your local uni. You'll be able to see what subjects they want and what grades they're asking for. You might find the information on What Uni to be helpful in your search.
