How to unlock a RTF file for editing?
I want to apply for this job, but the application form file (RTF/word) is locked for editing. How can I unlock this?

It is saved on my PC, and when the file is opened up in word, most of the menu options dont exist i.e. they can not be selected. You cant even go to save as!
