What subject should i take to study Computer Science watch

    • Thread Starter

I am currently a student going onto sixth form next year, as the title says i would like to study Computer Science and take a career in it; to do this, my preferred universities want maths and further maths and any other subject. I want my third subject to be Computer science but i am seeing top sixth forms aren't offering this. I emailed and asked why and they said most universities prefer more traditional subjects(main sciences , english maths etc.). Should I leave Computer Science for something like physics to enter or should still go on to study Computer science.

p.s. someone told me it may be wise to drop computer science because like other subjects (Law) top universities don't tend to look for an A-level in law studies; so Computer Science may not really be an important A-level subject to learn
