Ooooh, well you have to do a fair bit of convincing to get my photo.

Honestly, Toxteth isn't that bad - some parts of it are actually pretty amazing (e.g. the Georgian Quarter) plus the very name Toxteth keeps the property prices low. I've got my eye on a place off Faulkner Sq. **** Hot.
