The nearest I've read is that they contain substances that havn't been proven safe over long periods of useage.

Sucking flavoured sweets is not as innocuous as it appears - that steady stream of simple sugars isn't what you want. As for zero-nicotine e-cigs, I didn't know they existed. What's the point of them, exactly? Is it like a fruit-flavoured shisha without the tobacco?

Other comparisons might be people who use josticks or people that like perfumes or even flowers.

Used by itself like you say it is quite pointless but occasionally I've used 0mg to mix with 24mg liquid as 24mg is a large amount.

It may help with quitting if you've got a patch on or something.

    1. They contain harmful chemicals that can damage the lungs and make you more susceptible to respiratory problems
    2. the whole culture of them being "harmless" can cause people to vape pretty much all day or at least more often than most smokers and this may also attract people thinking it is safe
3.You look like a self obsessed Steam train
    4. Micro-particles
    5. Vaping in public is extremely obnoxious.
6.A lot of unknown chemicals and reactions
    7. second hand smoke is still bad.
    8. the liquid is very very toxic.
9.the culture around it is toxic too.

    Livescience: no proof, "unknowns"

Independent: In the Comments section, people queue up to debunk the article.

Science News: actually tested non-nicotine vapes that may be "linked to host of knew risks" ... when you read what that "link" is, you find it's a test on mice that gave serious changes in behaviour that I havn't seen in humans and genetic/sperm count effects that could easily be tested for in humans but if they have, the results aren't given.
