Hi guys some help would be really appreciated!

So we had to do an experiment in class about enzymes. You had to add enzymes to a solution and you had to time how long it took to see a cross through the solution at different temperatures. Say if it took 270 seconds at 20°C what would the rate of reaction be? And how do you get to that?

Oh and it was 2cm^3 of enzyme in a solution of 10cm^3 or milk powder and 2cm^3 of ph7 buffer solution.

    Thanks!!
