AS and A2 Watch
For me, maths UMS is /300 at AS and another lot /300 at A2. My final A Level grade will be /600 (sum of AS and A2).
However, most subjects are now linear. This means that what you get in your AS has no effect on your A Level grade. I wouldn't recommend slacking off though as some unis may want to see your AS results
My school didn't offer me AS in physics or history because it doesn't count for anything
Do your AS grades affect your A2 Grades and if so, can you show me an example??
Edit: This applies to people who take AS exams (linear and non linear) which their teachers use to make a fair prediction of the grades they’re likely to achieve at A2.
