I'm so confused. I'm 20 and I've worked at this place for 3 years (on and off because I'm at uni in term time). My manager is a few years older than me and we get on really well, not really your typica boss/employee relationship. He CONSTANTLY winds me up at work, but in a jokey way to make me laugh. He's never pushed the boundaries but then again he's my manager so he can't really be seen to I guess. But then he does really nice things for me, as in one night we went out as a group and I got too drunk to drive so he took my keys and got up really early on his day off to get my car so that I wouldn't get fined. He had a very serious girlfriend until a few months ago so I really don't know what to think? I don't know if he's not interested or if he's just shy/my boss?

It sounds like he could be interested, or just really really nice. I wouldn't say he sounds like a typical boss though - definitely more to it than that

    I'll just say this:

Don't sh*t where you eat and don't eat where you sh*t"
