I'm worried about the future in general tbh. But I assume this is normal.

I am unable to get a job and I am worried the dole people will stop my Uni Credit. I have a phobia of manual labor and this severely inhibits my ability to do work.

It is, the future is a scary concept to think about. But ut's not something to worry about, you have full control of it, you decide what will happen and what won't.

Just have fun with it human, don't be scared of it instead embrace it!!!

Why are you scared of manual labor? Why not look for an office job?

    What do you currently study?

Actually, most universities do offer job within the institution you could try applying there.

I'm worried me and my friend will lose touch.
My friend lives abroad. We only get to chat at night time for me. I don't ring etc due to phone phobia/anxiety. And not much chance of travelling for the both of us at the moment.

Make it a ritual. Make yourself a tiny schedule, like every Tuesday you HAVE to talk to her/him. Make the conversation interesting, leave some cliff-hangers every now and then to make then WANT to keep in touch. Think of it as a logbook, keep her/him updated about your life and vice-versa.

You guys won't loose contact unless you allow yourselves to, this whole thing depends on you. Good luck human!
