I'm wondering if the donation mortis causa (DMC) does not account for all of the donors assets, does the trustee revert back to the request in the will?
I'm confused because the DMC overrides the will, so what happens to the assets that are not discussed for the DMC.
I've got a problem question for an essay and the DMC only covers shares, car and laptop. I'm wondering what will happen to the house and money that was put in the will.
