    Hello,
I am looking to join a bank and opening a student account,
I am deciding between TSB and Barclay's so far.
I was with TSB for a while and I never really had any complaints, but they are a bit difficult with their overdraft policy so I looked into Barclay's.

What is your opinion, even if its about a bank outside these 2 that I mentioned.

    Thank you!

I was with Halifax and Nationwide and I did like Nationwide. Halifax is terrible so I'd stay away.

Santander is pretty good for savings but you could do some research and look around for others

Take a look at this article, hopefully it will help give you some insight
