end point and equavalent poimt

can someone pls provide a detailed explanation on the difference between end point and equivalence point!! :frown: equivalence point is when the exact number of moles have reacted with each other but end point is when a change in the indicator happens right? but isnt the color change in indicator meant to happen right when exact number of moless have reacted:confused::confused::confused::confused: if this is not the case the volume taken will be the wronggggg volume ..... im so confused wth

is it correct to say that end point and equavalence point are always the same unless the wrong indicator is used??
