Is it possible to rearrange which modules count towards your grade -e.g getting the highest grade in Maths with the lowest UMS possible.

For exmaple A*A rather A*B by donating some of the stronger applied modules to Further Maths?

They will do that anyway. They'll automatically make sure you get the two highest grades, but they'll prioritise A*B over AA

As tubbz said, as long as your exam entries and cash in are done correctly it would be done automatically within the rules of the specification.
