From next week this is going to be my diet and workout plan. watch

    Diet,
    3 meals a day, 0 added sugar,0 added salt, 0 Persvatives, 0 processed foods.

    Morning:
    200g of salted peanuts.
    1 apple.
    1 carrot.
    500 ml of tap water.
    1 cup of peppermint tea.

    Lunch:
    1 can of sardines in spring water.
    250g of White Kidney beans.
    1 Pear.
    1 Green Spring onion.
    500 ml of tap water.
    1 cup of peppermint tea.

    Dinner :
    250g of Red lentils.
    1 Orange.
    1 Green Pepper.
    500 ml of tap water.
    1 cup of peppermint tea.

    Exercise plan :
    Only machines, 0 cardio, 0 freeweights, 0 dumbells.
    12 sets a week of 15 repetitions.

    Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday : Chest Press Machine - 4 x 15. Shoulder Raise Machine - 4 x 15. Biceps Machine - 4 x15.

    Monday, Wednesday and Friday : Lat Pull Down Machine - 4 x 15. Legs Machine - 4 x 15. Abs Machine - 4 x 15.

    Why have you changed from almonds to salted peanuts?

    Because I checked and peanuts are muxh cheaper than almonds.

    IT's meant to make me fit and muscular.
