Student finance fraud- no evidence! Help

Hi guys.

I'm being investigated by counter fraud, but not for giving in any dodgy evidence! The investigator has just said they are carrying out a number of checks to verify I am eligible.

Last year everything was fine, and then this year I received a letter saying I was being investigated.

They asked for tenancy agreement, council tax bills, car insurance details and 12 months bank statements. I supplied them with 3 months worth when I applied for student finance originally for my first year - so they know I was eligible. But they are asking for a whole year now - I gave them 4 months worth, but I'm refusing to give the rest - I've bought some stuff that is very personal and sensitive to me and it shows on my statements and I don't feel comfortable with it being seen.

I sent in the most recent 4 months. The investigator is refusing that it is enough - she wants 12 months. Because I said no, she's said she is in her right to withdraw my funding for 2015-2016! They have crawled the money back from my university and they are chasing me for £9,000 tuition and student finance are claiming back all the finance provided last year and have said they will not fund me for further study.

The investigator hadn't found I have done anything wrong! The information I provided last year was correct and I have handed over 4 months of recent statements! But she is still withdrawing funding. Has this happened to anyone before? Have you appealed!? What's happened? Please somebody help me!
What support do you currently receive (e.g: T/Fee loan, Maintenance Grant, Maintenance Loan)? When did you start receiving support from SFE, and how many years of support have you received?

Any Grants for Dependants (GFDs) such as Childcare Grant, or means assessed support - e.g: DSA?
What was the outcome

I was in a similar situation.I was staying at my sisters house during my 1st University year, over there I have my own room and space (upstairs I her house is mine with my own bathroom and kitchen) and was the best place for me to stay and parents agreed on this as they were not fond of me staying at halls. I paid my rent (directly into her account) which basic utilities such as internet bills, my bed, water etc and had a tenancy agreement. I also paid for my travel, food shopping and anything that helps me with my studies, I’ve brought clothes and other stuff personal with my money (which of course does not look good on my statement).I’ve been contacted by them as they wanted 12 months statements, I provided them 4-5 months but they wanted originals which my bank charged £15 per sheet and the bank only would go back far as 6 months. I went through a very stressful time, student finance blocked my account and did not fund me for my 3rd semester. They took my money away from the university and now I cannot study at a UK university anymore, I have not finished my 1st year at university, I am in debt with my university for £5k and they are demanding me money and my student finance debt is £12,000 (which doesn’t make sense as they took away my tuition money)! This happened in March 2017, I was studying education studies and wanted to go into teaching, it had been a passion of mine since I was young. I am just finishing my apprenticeship in teaching assistant and secured a job as a TA at a school, but I would not be able to climb the ladder in my career path and would not earn any more than £16k (after tax, pro rota etc). SFE/SLC gave me a very stressful time, not to me but my family as well. Every time I think about it it kills me and I cry I am unable to study, I am passionate about studying and wanted to be the first in my household to get a degree and have a professional career, my dreams are now shattered, what my strongest skills are can no longer be adapted to anything big and I can no longer study or hold a career which can make me financially stable or provide me with a good wage (to live in London).

Hi
Did you appeal against their decision?
I have similar problems now going through appeal process...
