    Hi,

so I recently bought an iPad online and had it sent to my friends house as I don't trust the people in my block.

Turns out I can't trust one person in my friends house either, as I found out today he signed for it, stole it and then sold it.

The iPad itself was worth £380, he has only paid back £100 and is refusing to pay back anymore.

What (legal?) action can I take in order to receive the full payment.

    Thanks in advance!

Is there any proof? Would you be able to go to the police?
