    I called student finance and I still don't understand what is the problem with my application. It's the second time I call and they say the same thing, that they will update my account and let me know what I need to do, but they never update the account, they said for me to call them on 9th November. But still why is so difficult for them to let me know my letter or email what I need to do? Why they don't keep me updated?
