Not too soft, not too hard. Not too green, not too brown. Not too short, not too long. So I guess.. a normal banana I also like them in a blender or in a smoothie or some cake so..

    How about you?

They have to still be a little bit green for me. Too far yellow and they're too sweet and far too soft. When they're difficult, but not impossible, to peel. That's how I like bananas. People think I'm odd for liking them when they're still a bit...well, chalky, I suppose is a decent word to describe it. They're a bit dry the way I like 'em. I just don't like them too yellow. Certainly won't eat one that's been bruised.

I just really don't like brown on fruit. Even if it is just the skin. Unless it's a kiwi fruit.

I like them on the less ripe side. still pretty green but not so green that the skin doesn't peel easily. I just ate two bananas for dinner; bought fresh today so the perfect ripeness. :sogood:

i love it non-bruised or you could say the yellow-green stage because it tastes balanced( not too sugary and not too acidic) and i love it when the banana can have this elastic feel while eating rather than being mushy.

I like my bananas with a bruise on them.
    I find the bruises sweet.
