A group of scientists want to research a new technology they have which makes people fall in love with each other and stay together for years.

They use it on a boy and a girl (15 years old) without either of them knowing. These two went to the same school together and had known each other for a year before the girl asks the boy out.

They stay together for 7 years without knowing that the scientists are using the technology on them the entire time.

They break up when they're 22 but still love each other (7 years is a long time at this age and these two grew up together, 15-22).

2 years later (at 24) the boy (now a man) finds out about the experiment.

The girl (now a woman) wants to get back with him.

These two wouldn't be together if it wasn't for the scientists and the technology - at first, they weren't each other's type, but over the 7 years they became each other's types (strongly).

After the 7 years and the scientists stopped using the technology, the two still continued to love each other. The guy told the girl but she didn't believe him and he had no way of proving it.

What do you think the guy should do? Do you think he should still see this woman even though they were made to love each other using this technology?

    :O :O
    This is mind-bending...

I mean, if he loves her than, yes?! Even if that love began as manufactored love, it exists now without the force that caused it's creation. They still love each other, and it's not so important to me how that love came about as long as it exists?

Everything is manufactured in the brain and is therefore beyond our control. I don't see this as any different from the normal experience of falling in love.
