That's really true. But you might end up overdoing it.
Some of Underworld's songs are great too. Push Upstairs really wacks you in the face when you're feeling tired.

Back in the days when I still went to the gym at uni, they used to play a lot of punk rock. I can't remember how many times I heard New Found Glory - Dressed To Kill.

Fighter by Christina Aguileria is surprisingly good to run to, a fair few of Eminems 'songs' also have a fast angry tempo to them.

    Black Sabbath - IronMan
That's not really a fast song, in fact it's quite slow.
I would imagine 'Black Dog' by Led Zeppelin would be good to run to.

Lol, don't like either but both have a constant beat to them - good for rhythm when jogging but each to their own.

The secret is to listen to songs which you dont know the track length to, and have the player on shuffle, so you dont know which song comes next.

I listen to stuff like rage against the machine, particularly songs such as Calm like a bomb, guerilla radio etc...really good
Punk stuff is decent too, just listen to whatever you like

    I do that

Anything works- as long as it isn't a ballard or pop- having a variation also varies the rate at which you move- singing along is of course an optional extra
