    Up to 20 is not really 'quite a but', it's entirely healthy. If you want to look ripped then it's quite a bit off that but that's not what everyone wants so can't be assumed as default and health matters much more than abs anyway

    Thanks everyone i need to reach 10-12 percent body fat i do cardio everyday where i lose 500-700 kcals a day how many pounds do i need to lose in order to reach 10-12 percent body fat?

    Why do you need to?

    If you want to lose weight, eat less move more, count your calories if needs must. For more info on that read the FAQ at the top of the fitness section

    How much weight to look ripped? Who knows, depends on how fat you actually are, where you genetically hold fat and if you build any muscle or not. It's impossible to say
