    Can't see this properly so I don't know what exactly you're asking but:
    Vmax is the maximum rate of reaction (the highest point on your line of curved line of best fit). Draw a straight horizontal line from the y axis that touches the highest part of your line of best fit.

    Now look at where you drew that line, and half your Vmax, so draw another horizontal line until you touch the line of best fit. This is known as Vmax/2. e.g if your Vmax was 20, then Vmax/2 is 10.
    The substrate concentration (on your x axis) at this point is your Km value, so you can draw a vertical line to show this, so it should look like you've drawn a box shape now.

    Use this info to interpret your graph and work it out again

    I dint get a graph. I'll retype the question if you couldn't see it.

    The Km for the interaction of a substance with an enzyme is 5um. what substrate concentration will give an initial reaction that is 1/5 of vmax?
