I would choose AQA as the questions are clear and there are lots of good resources available for self teaching.

Edxecel is more genre theme as in all component are genre based: poetry, drama and prose.

AQA A is more from a historicist point of view - looking at literature in its historical context such as WW1 Literature and Love Through the Ages.

AQA B looks at stylistics of genre - i.e what makes a crime novel a crime novel; how can we know political literature etc.

EDUQAS is probably the most easiest one there is - it seems straightforward enough. Dunno much else about it.

and OCR is more of a thematic standpont; i.e focuses on Gothic, American Lit or theme of Revenge or madness etc.
