I'm at college now and I really really want to do a GCSE in my first language, I'm fluent so I'm sure I'll get an amazing result. Unfortunately I didn't get to do it when I was in high school. Is it too late? I've searched everywhere and there's no sign of it. Is it not being done anymore? Do I have to settle for Spanish instead?

You have to ask your school if they offer a GCSE in your home language. If they say no then you should ask them if you would be able to do it at a local school which does offer it.

It exists. OCR does it. If you can't find a local school to enter you, you could alternatively enter as a private candidate.

And how would I go about doing that?
