Right not quite sure how to explain this but...

I am taking history with the the AS and A2 exams at the end of the second year. (kinda like an "old" a level)
And i am taking 3 other subjects like normal.

When i got my AS results I got AAD, and obviosly nothing for history yet as i haven't taken it yet. I got the D in physics and so i am going to drop this as it is my lowest graded subject.

But when the uni looks at my results can they know that I am doing history and am supposed to get a B?
Otherwise they i think they might assume as i only have 3 results that i am doing those 3 subjects at A2.

I am only worried about this as AAB looks a lot better than AAD and want to make sure that they understand what i have.

I know this very poorly worded, i really should go back to bed.

    Thanks in advance

They will see the D if you cash it in, which if you're dropping it you probably will. They will see History as 'pending', the same as your other non-certificated subjects. So it shouldn't really make any difference. They will see

    Subject X - AS: Pending, A2: Pending
    Subject Y - AS: Pending, A2: Pending
History - AS: Pending, A2: Pending
    Physics - AS: D
