I have been offered two interviews for Secondary English and was wondering if there is any advice you can give me.

Firstly, I have an interview with a University for a PGCE course. The interview booklet informs me that I have assessments to complete. Is there anything particularly vital that I should know about for this assessment.

For my second interview, which is a SCITT placement, I am required to create a 5 minute 'activity' for 10 different able bodied English students. I am required to teach them information about non fiction texts. Does anyone have any tips or activities that I could incorporate here?
I also have to provide a presentation to a group of people around a certain topic that as a school teachers should be providing. This is something that Ofstead Expects in a 'fun', 'non boring' presentation. Once again does anyone have any tips or pointers that would be helpful?

I just do not want to be toooo nervous!!
