I'm writing my personal statement for pharmacy but I have this article about antibiotic resistance that I want to discuss however, I don't know I should refer to it in my statement. Should I quote the website it came from or the name of the article?

Name of article.. unless it's a really prestigious website, then could use site name and topic of article, or both if you have enough space.

You don't really need either. Just briefly mention what it's about, why you find it interesting and why it makes you want to study the subject at uni.
