I don't understand it but it creeps me out and I don't know what to do about it.

Basically sometimes this crazy thing will happen where I get like super hyped up and almost like i'm drunk. I act all stupid and eventhough I know i'm being stupid I just keep doing it. It'll really annoy my bf sometimes and often I know i'm annoying him but it just doesn't bother me and I keep acting stupid. After that I usually get super upset out of nowhere and start crying. Sometimes I won't realise i'm doing it either and i'll get upset with my bf for being annoyed when he has every right to be.

I don't get it. I used to have mh issues but i'm way better now and can't see that it's part of my old issues. It's just so random and frustrating and I want it to stop. It's not very often, but it is realy starting to bother me cos I feel like it puts some strain on my relationship. He's so wonderful and caring and does so much for me already and I don't want to make him put up with any more issues.
