It sounds like this is for a job application.

It looks like they are trying to find out what kind of person you are. Think about what would make you employable to them and give answers accordingly. Think about the skills and attributes you need to fit the role and in certain situations. We can't answer for you but take a look at this example.

When you work for any company, you should be aiming to help improve the organisation. Choose your answer based on this.

I'm not going to do all the questions, but you just need to think of what kind of person they're looking for and then select your answers based on this.
