"Hack" your interview? There is a programme, and you need to get with it.

Really helpful article to make sure that people are giving precision answers.

Does anybody have any other grad interview tips?

    Great article!

The STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) technique is also useful for answering competency based questions. Similar to CAR but a suitable alternative. An important thing to remember is to be confident, remain relaxed and not to panic.

Look at the interviewer when talking to them. Ive interviewed loads of grads who stared off into space, its very off-putting.

From experience I would add demonstrate your enthusiasm for the role/sector to that. Lost a couple of roles through not doing so.
