So I have an offer from Portsmouth but they've asked me before they confirm me to the Bsc if I would like to do MMath instead. They say my grades are good enough (which I agree on).
My only thought about this is that I would like to become a teacher. Do you think having an MMath has more advantages or equal advantages to having a Bsc in terms of becoming a teacher.

edit- They say they'll be happy to offer me the Bsc again if I don't do as well in my exams but still choose MMath initially. Do you think I should just go for it? I mean the first 2 (sometimes 3) years of both are the same

If you want to be a teacher then the 4th year of the MMath will be a waste, you don't need it. Stick to the BSc.
