:banana:TheSpeedyZ's GCSE Journey 2016-2017:banana:

Hello! I am TheSpeedyZ and this is my GCSE Journey 2016-2017! I am currently in Year 11 and I go to an Academy. I maybe not one of the smartest people in the world but I just kind of one of those people who always tries their best. My strongest subject is Maths and my weakest subject is Sociology.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The subjects that I am studying this year are:
English Language (AQA)
English Literature (AQA)
Maths (AQA)
Additional Science (Edexcel)
Geography (Edexcel)
French (AQA)
Sociology (AQA)
PE Cambridge National (OCR)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I did my early GCSEs in Year 10. To be fair, those GCSEs were kind of alright as I was not too stress about it. After I got my results, I feel relaxed. Anyways, I took 2 GCSEs and these are the results that turned out to be:

Core Science - B (Edexcel)
Statistics - C (Edexcel)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I always dream about those amazing grades and I desperately want them to come truth. If I ever get those grade, I will make me a world happiest person ever. Anyways, These are the grades that I want by end of the course:

English Language - 4/5
English Literature - 4/5
Maths - 8/9
Science Additional - B/A
Geography - B/A
French - C/B
Sociology - C/B
PE Cambridge National - L2Me/L2Di

I have recently done mock exams in September/October. I do not really want to share my current but these are the prediction grades that I possibly get by end of the course:

Spoiler:
Show

English Language - 4
English Literature - 4
Maths - 9
Science Additional - B
Geography - B
French - C
Sociology - D (We never had a proper teacher for two years)
PE Cambridge National - L2Pa

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To be honest, I really want to stay in Sixth Form in my school. I find it less stressful for me as I do get nervous easily if I ever go to a new school.

For A-Levels, I want or might study (I know I have to pick 4 so beware with me):

Maths
Chemistry or Physics
Further Maths
Computer Science

Looking forward to seeing your long term progress!

Would you recommend doing a GYG? Should I try one out myself?

Of course, I recommend doing a GYG. And you should try one for yourself if you want to.

Hi, guys or gals! You know what time it is?, Progressing Updates!!!
  • I have done French Speaking CA 1 on the 9th of November. It was scary and stressful. Plus, I'm not that great at speaking in french. I mean like I can write in french, understand in french, listen in french (surprisingly) but, I just can't speak in french. It was really hard for me.
  • I have got a mock exam for Science (C2) on Tuesday so I better revise for that.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And yesterday, I went to an open evening for Sixth Form in my school. It was amazing and wonderful. I am seriously going to my school for Sixth Form. Plus I have updated the options for A Levels. I find other subject interesting which allow me to inspire to do that subject. Please scroll up.
