Basically my school is being a biatch. I want to drop an AS level and focus on doing 3 but my head of sixth form insists (by insist i mean force) that i continue until I got my mock results. Im sure ill pass the subject anyway but i honeatly hate the subject. I hate going to lessons and i didnt want to do it from the start.

My desired uni course doesnt even require economics and only needs 3 alevels. I explained that to her but shes being a ***** about it.

What can i do to put some sense into her?

I think that you should do it until the mock results, and then you can drop it afterwards as long as you're sure you can pass.
But then you will be wasting a lot of time revising for economics so, if you feel really passionate and really want to drop it, I think you should talk about it to your teachers and see how it goes. Probably your head of year or something.

Tell them you're dropping it and don't go to the lessons. I'm sure they've got better things to do than force you to go, as long as you aren't rude about it.

Yeah I tried 2 weeks ago. I'll just keep asking until they say yes.
