How would you answer these questions? Tell me about a time when you have made an effective decision? Tell me about a time when you have delivered value for money? Why do you want to work for this organisation?

Nobody can answer them for you - they are based on your experience...

Think about the best experience you have that has developed the skill/attribute they are looking for.

    Explain the situation briefly (Situation)
Explain what you were hoping to achieve or accomplish briefly (Target)
Explain the step you took to try and meet the target (Action) - majority of your answer
Explain the outcome and what you learnt from the experience (Result and Reflection)

That's the STAR model which is probably the best way to answer these type of competency questions (first two).

Final answer has got to come from you - try and think about why you would accept the job with this company if you got offers from it and other identical offer from a similar company. What would make you choose them over another offer.
