    !A453 TASK 3!

    Hello,
What would be the best approach for a case number system? My teacher is useless and isn't helping me at all with anything, and after hours of researching online, I cannot find an efficient solution.

    Here's what I want:
    1. List to be stored in some sort of file (Could be json, txt or normal .py)
    2. List is appended and doesn't overwrite the contents
    3. Make sure that the "ID" system is in numerical order (Possibly use "-1" for indexing?)

So how would this work? I've searched for this using .json but it doesn't really seem possible. I already have a list with a dictionary inside it of the user's phone, submodel and system memory. Now I want to put this in a file to be sent to a technician and make sure that the IDs go up in numerical order. What's the best approach, thank you.
