I'm sixteen (AS student) and I've applied for quite a few retail jobs but they all straight out reject me.

Does anyone have any tips on getting a job?

hand your cv out is the best bet at that age, I did it back when I was 16 and got a job the next day, after handing it to around 10 or so places.

Try a coffee shop like costa or starbucks, they are quite flexible with time and tell them your case.

Try Greggs if there's any vacancies. I know it doesn't sound glamorous but it's easy to get a job there.
