Okay, will do.

Okay -

Breakfast, shreddies with milk. Cup of tea.
First small meal - Tuna sandwich, brown bread (I seriously can't think of anything else to do with tuna, other than put it with sandwiches, put it in pasta, or put it with potatoes, better suggestions welcome)
Second small meal - Poached egg and [i really don't know]
Third small meal - Salmon, [again, what's low carb/low fat and goes with salmon?!]
Last small meal - Bubble and Squeak.

That's my stab at it, forgive me if I haven't quite gotten it.

Thanks for your help.

Okay. I'm a pretty good swimmer, and I really enjoy that. Will this do for my daily exercise?

Eep, um my dad has dumb-bells, can I not use these to weight train at home?

Firstly, swimmings fine.

Dumbells probably wont be heavy enough and youre not gonna be able to do some exercises/movements with them, Id recommend going to a proper gym..

Your diet..

First of all

Breakfast - wheres the protein source?
First meal - this is fine, make sure its a whole can of tuna
second meal - 1 poached egg wont be enough, make it 3 or 4
third meal - salmons good
last small meal - is this your dinner? if so I imagine this will change everyday, its likely it wont be anything particularly healthy, so try and keep the portions small or just eat the healthy bits..

You can have potatoes, as theyre complex carbs, pasta is fine, aslong as its wholemeal..rice as well is fine, as long as its wholemeal..

1 whole can of tuna has less than 100 calories!

3-4 poached eggs is only about 400 calories..

Ignore the egg advice. Eggs are one of the best food.

Cereals vary. They are all carb-based, but some are healthier than others. Stick with wholesome unprocessed (or near enough) cereals such as porridge, weetabix or bran.
