You need to become a Dr in order to become a Psychiatrist. You can become one by completing a 5 or 6 year course at one of the 30+ med schools. The typical A-level requirement is AAA for Medicine including Chemistry (and often Biology).

Find out more about becoming a psychiatrist here.
And the Medical Schools and their A-level requirements can be found here.
Just a word of warning, when making your application to med school, try not to fixate upon the speciality. You have an interest, yes, but you're applying for a course, not a job.

Psychiatrists are doctors. You'd need a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) degree from any of the 32 or so medical schools in the UK. Requirements for A levels are almost universally AAA-A*A*A.
