Hi

I got a B in the subject I'm willing to drop (A/B/E). If I cashed this in, would it have a negative effect on my applications? I intend to apply to Bristol, Durham, UCL, Warwick and KCL.

Thanks!

I am tempted to write what did your last slave die of

What subject are you intending to apply for?

Personally, I would say it would have a positive effect. You have a B in an AS Level in addition to the 3 A Levels you are taking. It would be a harsh uni or tough course to get rejected on that alone

It probably won't affect your applications, no. I got a B in one of my AS levels (ACC) and I still got offers for law.

A B isn't a bad grade and its only an AS, why would they make entry requirements of AAAb and AAAc if they would rather you decline the grade if you got a b?
