Hey Guys, I'm studying Biology, Chemistry, English and History (AS) and was planning on moving schools at A2 as my current school is fairly far and I dont really like it. The teaching is average and I want the best I can possibly get for A2. I have some questions about chemistry however that can wait, but I was just wondering would it be possible to move from my current school who do AQA science exams (Chemistry and Biology) to a school who do OCR science exams as I've heard you cant change schools if the exam boards are different.
Please could I get some assistance on this as soon as, as I would need to apply for year 13 from now. Cheers

It's possible but it may be difficult to persuade the new school to let you join. YOu will have to be prepared to catch up on differences in spec and teaching order yourself and there may be some problems catching up on the assessed practicals.

it wouldnt be ideal as you will have to learn different stuff for a 2 year course in a year, unless you can move now then dont move to a school with a different exam board next year.

a girl who is in year 13 left my school this year but i think they do the same exam board anyway so yeah
