I'm just after some honest advice..
I want to go into teaching (i have a degree but not in the subject i want to go into) but need to do a Maths A level before i can apply. I'm prepared to but the work in and sack a social life off for a while, but is it realistic i can do it in 7 months?

    Thanks

    It's not an impossible goal.

    Your success will depend on:
The GCSE grade you achieved and how long it is since you studied any maths
The final grade you hope to achieve
    Your aptitude for maths
Your ability and dedication to self study
The amount of time you can dedicate to it
The support you have available when you encounter difficulties

Yes you can! If you put in the hard workractice past papers, watch examsolutions, hegartymaths and physicsandmathstutor. Dedicate yourself to maths and you can achieve the A level.

For a person who is committed, it is certainly possible.

Just saying this is gonna be very ****ing hard. It's 6 modules, and ideally you should do all edexcel past papers. That's like 120 past papers, this will take a solid month and a half, just to go over these once. 3/4 a day~~
