In the event that a student who has taken out the full loan of 10k to study a one year masters is unable to complete or fails and has compelling personal reasons would
they be able to access a second 10k loan to repeat the year

Hi,

If you submitted compelling personal reasons then you can apply for the PG loan again, if you suspend and resume then you will receive the remainder of the loans from the first year.
