I have decided to move from Spain to England (family there and visit min. 3 times a year) so that I can pursue a degree in forensics (not available in Spain) but I am aware that the job prospects in this area are extremely low. Despise that I still want to definitely study a science degree that has something to do with that side of crime. My question is: Will completing Chemistry with Forensic Investigation or something very similar give me better chances of finding a job (even if it is purely to do with chemistry) as opposed to simply studying Forensic Science?

Maybe the answer to this is as obvious as I would have thought but want to get other peoples opinions.

In broad terms, yes, a Chemistry with Forensics / Forensic Chemistry degree would probably give you more career options than a 'Forensic Science' degree.
