Hi. I have a close relative who has had major probs at school and basically dropped out pre GCSE's. Is there any way he can re- sit them if he hasn't already, if you see what I mean? Someone here said that the 6th Form College might be a good place to start but I don't know if he would have had to have sat them and failed/not done well to 're-sit'.
    Please can anyone advise?
    Thanks.
    Claire.

but at college you can re-sit a full set of GCSE's.

Yeah, try a Sixth Form college. Providing your friend isn't in full-time employment, the prices should be relatively good.

I've looked at some of the colleges and from what I've seen, they're a lot more expensive. Take this GCSE course below - it's over £100! Last year, I retook GCSE Maths and Technology at my Sixth Form High School/college for £20 per subject. I'm 19 and I have a part-time job, so really, I expected to pay a lot more.
